gbCase - Online Help

This page provides the latest online Help information for gbCase. gbCase is a freeware program which provides an extremely easy-to-use method of changing file and folder name to upper or lower case. Simply navigate to the folder of choice and all files and folders found there can be set to upper or lower case.

Overview

gbCase's main (and only) screen is shown below. No additional menu options are provided, except for basic Help functions.

The following functions are available within the main screen:

  • Set Case
    Set the case of file/folder names

  • Files
    Files names are set

  • Folder
    Folder names are set (first level only)

  • Auto Close
    Closes gbCase automatically after Set

  • Upper/Lower Case
    Select the case for the Set action

Menu Options

gbCase provides a menu for only the Help functions. All other features are available from the main screen.

The Help menu offers the following selections.

  • Web Site
    Opens the default browser at Gary Beene's Freeware Information Center
  • Online Help
    Opens the default browser at the gbCase Online Help page.
  • Online Updates
    Opens a dialog window from which the latest version of gbCase can be downloaded.
  • About
    Shows the revision level of the installed version of gbCase
