gbCodeLib - Bookmarks
Bookmarking a snippet means to add the keyword 'bookmark' to the keyword list.
Users can do this manually by simply typing in the word 'bookmark' into the
keyword textbox. Or, they can use the various menu and toolbar options
provided by gbCodeLib to bookmark snippets:
- Action Menu
The Action menu offers the 'Set Bookmark' and 'Remove All Bookmarks'
options.
- Tree Context Menu
When a snippet is selected in the Tree, the 'Add Bookmark' and 'Remove Bookmark'
context menu options are available.
- Search List Context Menu
The Search list context menu 'Bookmark All' can be used to bookmark all
snippets which result from a Search.
gbCodeLib provides two easy ways to view bookmarked snippets.
First, the Search frame provides a single button method for listing all bookmarked snippets in
the Search results list. Pressing the button with the gray bookmark will display
all bookmarked snippets.
Second, bookmarked snippets are given a green colored icon in the Tree, allowing
the user to visually identify bookmarked snippets at a glance - as shown in the
following Tree image.
