Web Sites
While I've not found any MCM-specific web sites, there are a number of sites which contain information on various aspects of the MCM industry. I've grouped the sites of interest according to the topic covered. These sites discuss the various MCM technologies, including tools, vendors, processes, and products of value to the MCM industry.

CAD/EDA Web Sites

It's rare that an MCM is simple enough to be designed by hand. Software tools (individual programs or vendor tool suites) are typically used by MCM designers. Not only do these tools allow for the physical design, but also provide mechanical and electrical analysis. With literally hundreds of tools on the market, it's no surprise the the largest number of web sites are associated with CAD/EDA products.
