Hex Editors (July 2007)
Hex Editors are used by programmers to make minor
edits in the content of binary files. Hex editors are not
used frequently by most programmers, but when they're needed
nothing else will do.
Be sure to check all source code editors your already own for any
hex editing features they might already provide.
