WebCam Capture software simply captures an image from a webcam on your PC, then transfers it to a server. Additional features include scheduled image captures, automatic annotation of the image,and creation of the web page on which the image will be displayed.

  gbWebCamLite is a freeware tool for easily capturing an image from a webcam and putting it on a server. It optionally annotates the image with title and date/time. It also can create a web page for viewing the image(s) online.
