The Solutions Information Center establishes a connection between people who are looking for a solution to a problem and those who believe they have the solution.

Search Problem Database
You may view a list of all problems within a category (see the side panel menus) or search the database for matching problems.

Summary
The approach is to post a categorized, searchable list of user-submitted problems to which anyone can respond with a proposed solution.

Information Restrictions
Proprietary information may not be posted on the Solutions Information Center. Descriptions provided by problem submitters and solution providers must be suitable for online posting. Private communication between the problem submitters and solution providers must be used to discuss proprietary information.

Identity Protection
Identities of the problem submitters are not released. Solution providers must provide a valid email address, which will be publicly posted along with their solution description.

Communications Privacy
Once contact is made, all discussions between the problem submitters and solution providers are held without the involvement of the Solutions Informations Center.

Annual Fee
An annual fee of $75 per problem is required to make a post. There is no fee to submit a solution and no fees associated with successful solutions to the posted problems.

Disclaimer
The Solutions Information Center is not responsible for any costs incurred by problem submitters in the pursuit of solutions provided through this web site. Discussions with solution providers or use of proposed solutions are done at the risk of the problem submitter and solution provider. Likewise, solution providers are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of dealing with problem submitters.

In other words, the Solutions Information Center will bring the two of you together. From that point on you are responsible for the results (gains or losses) that result from the ensuing relationship.

The Solutions Information Center reserves the right to refuse any request for posting of a problem or solution.
