The Solutions Information Center establishes a connection between people who are looking for a solution to a problem and those who believe they have the solution.

Search Problem Database
You may view a list of all problems within a category (see the side panel menus) or search the database for matching problems.

Policy
The identity of both the problem submitter and solution provider will not be disclosed except at their express direction. Protection is to be handled as follows.

Problem Submitter
Contact information (name/email address) is required, but will be used only by the Solutions Information Center to communicate with the problem submitter.

The identity of problem submitters will not be disclosed online or to solution providers under any circumstances.

It is the responsibilty of the problem submitter to establish contact with the solution provider, including release of contact information or additional, proprietary information regarding the problem.

Solution Provider
By default, the contact information and solution description of a solution provider will be posted online. This enables the corresponding problem submitter to make immediate, direct contact with the owner of the proposed solution.

However, at the request of the solution provider, submitted information may be withheld from online display. In this case, the solution description will be listed as "Withheld" and contact information will be forwarded by the Solutions Information Center to the corresponding problem submitter.
