2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 cup seeded and chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 cup peeled, seeded and shopped cucumber
1/4 c chopped green onion
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon seeded, minced jalapeno
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mash avocado in large bowl with fork.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Makes 2 cups.
