gbClipOpen9 is designed to open text into the PBWin9 IDE. The text can come from a dropped source code file, a link to a source code file, or from the clipboard. gbClipOpen9 has no screen (no GUI). When a file or link is dropped on it, or its icon is double-clicked, gbClipOpen9 works in the background to open the chosen source code in the PBWin9 IDE.
